Your journey with us
Your goals and day-to-day life matter. Our practice’s approach starts with a consultation and develops an exercise programme to achieve your milestones.
Discuss your goals, history and what you’d like to get back to. A practitioner assesses your individual needs.
A scientifically based exercise programme is tailored to your assessment, abilities and rehabilitation or fitness goals.
Supervised sessions and regular review help the practitioner follow your progress and adjust the plan.

A personal approach
Our practice uses the VALD Dynamo Plus to assess isometric strength across different joints and identify muscular imbalances. The measurements provide objective data for your practitioner to discuss with you as part of your comprehensive Biokinetics consultation.
Your goals, assessment and exercise prescription remain tailored to you.
Ask about an assessmentRecovery at our practice
Our team uses the Xpolar device for your recovery, with compression and hot and cold therapy features. Ask your practitioner how it may fit into your individual plan.

Clint's practice brings together assessment, rehabilitation and individual exercise prescription to support physical functioning and quality of life. He is passionate about helping people move better, recover stronger and perform at their best.
Since completing his internship in 2012, he has supported a diverse range of clients, from individuals recovering from injury or surgery to athletes and people looking to improve their strength, fitness and activities of daily living.
His areas of interest include orthopaedic rehabilitation, pre- and post-surgery rehabilitation, injury prevention and performance optimisation at every stage of life. He believes effective exercise should be purposeful, evidence-based and tailored to the individual.
His approach centres on understanding each client's goals, challenges and lifestyle. He uses scientific assessment to establish baselines, then develops a practical movement routine that supports meaningful, sustainable change. His goal is to help clients feel and move better while giving them the knowledge, confidence and tools to take ownership of their health and performance.
